Unity Tree Arts View Unity Tree Art Here: "Talent is a natural inclination. When combined with focus, determination, patience and persistence excellence can be achieved. In that respect serious artists are perpetual students with room to continually improve and teaching is a valuable way to learn for an artist. Teaching forces you to articulate your intuitive methods. As a child I loved art and can't remember a time when I wasn't drawing or painting and have worked hard to develop and expand my art over the years." Barbara Curry graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Commercial Art, went on to study fine art drawing and painting at the University of North Texas School of Visual Art and worked as a graphic designer in advertising before embarking on a career in painting. Her paintings continue to win awards in art competitions, including two Grumbacher Gold Medal Awards. http://www.unitytreearts.com |
